Started working with the right door. The left door fit relatively well, but the right door is more challenging. The back lower side kicks out a good amount as the door has some twist built into it. Upon closing it kicks the back bottom out and the front bottom forward. I experimented with the latch travel, door attachment bolts and strapped down the door to compress the rubber seal. With it strapped closed it fits relatively well, but the issue is getting the latch to engage properly (and clear the lip on closing) so that it pulls the rear bottom in more. Work in progress...
